Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall confirmed on Monday what most of the world already thought, he ruptured his Achilles Sunday and needs surgery according to the MRI he had done today.
Speaking with reporters on Monday, Hall said while his injury wasn’t as low as most Achilles injuries are, it still will require surgery. Hall also said “one of ten years playing getting hurt isn’t bad”.
The time-table for Hall’s return won’t be set for awhile, but he will be required to be in a cast for 6 weeks after surgery. Hall isn’t sure when the surgery will take place yet.
