The Washington Redskins were back at it Saturday with another day of training camp practice. Saturday marked the day that Jason Hatcher returned to practice along with Pierre Garcon and DeSean Jackson. Jackson was limited to just individual workouts as he is nursing a sprained ankle, Hatcher was limited to individual drills as well as he continues to get better following arthroscopic surgery on his left knee on June 20. Garcon took part in individual drills, the first round of 11-on-11 and the seven-on-seven portions of practice before sitting down. Head Coach Jay Gruden seems to think it’s just a matter of time before Hatcher is a full go in practice.
“Slowly but surely. … We’ll see how he does,” Redskins Coach Jay Gruden said. “It depends on how he feels after he trains, and make sure there’s no other damage, or what have you. But he’s coming along very well.”
