Last year on what appeared to be a routine play, Darren McFadden took a handoff up the middle, and after about four yards, he met Redskins safety Kyshoen Jarrett head-on. The hit left Jarrett with damaged nerves in his right arm and took away his ability to move that arm.

The damaged nerves have continued to be a constant issue for Jarrett in what has become a year-long journey of recovery that has prevented him from even thinking about playing. The anniversary of Jarrett’s injury was yesterday, and he took to Twitter to talk about the event.
