Redskins Sign Cornerback E.J. Biggers
The Washington Redskins have signed Tampa Bay Bucs cornerback EJ Biggers. Biggers is a 6’0, 185 pound, 25-year-old corner that has played four seasons in the NFL totaling three interceptions and two forced fumbles. Tampa Bay drafted him in the 7th round in 2009, and he first debuted in 2010. His speed is his biggest asset (4.38 forty yard dash).

Biggers played his college ball at Western Michigan University and played for current Redskins defensive secondary coach Raheem Morris while in Tampa.
A source confirmed this morning that Tampa Bay free agent cornerback E.J. Biggers has agreed to terms with the Washington Redskins.
Terms of the agreement were not immediately known, and Biggers will still need to pass a physical with the team. He’ll rejoin his former head coach, Raheem Morris, entering his second season as Washington’s defensive backs coach.
Biggers is the second Bucs free agent to sign with the Redskins this offseason. Last week, right tackle Jeremy Trueblood signed a two-year deal with the club.
