What to expect:
Reports have gone back and forth in the last week but it appears Brian Hoyer will start Monday Night and Johnny Manziel will rotate possessions with him. Of course this will also mark the first time Browns offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan will be in town since he was fired following last seasons 3-13 campaign with the Redskins. The Redskins still have several position battles in progress including their third running-back spot and their fourth receiver spot. Should get a chance to see Redskins safety Ryan Clark on the field for the first time this preseason.
Expect the Redskins starters to play a full quarter tonight.
