Washington Commanders quarterback Sam Howell was able to bounce back in Week 4 after a horrible game against the Buffalo Bills the previous week.
Howell’s performance came despite the offensive line surrendering five sacks. Which is also the subject of “Watchin’ Film With Phil‘s” newest episode this week (video above).
