In order to get under the NFL-mandated amount of players on their roster, the Washington Redskins had to let go of some players.

• TE Ernst Brun Jr

• LB Dyshawn Davis

• TE Chase Dixon

• CB Tajh Hasson

• LB Alonzo Highsmith

• CB DreQuan Hoskey

• WR Tony Jones

• K Ty Long

• TE Devin Mahina

• G Bryce Quigley

• T Willie Smith

• CB Trey Wolfe

• CB Bryan McCann

** LB Junior Galette was placed on injured reserve** After cutting the 15 players listed above, the Redskins now currently have 75 players on the active roster.
