Redskins Trim Roster Down to Final 53
The Washington Redskins started the weekend off with 75 players on their active roster. In order for the team to comply to the NFL mandated 53-man roster, they needed to cut 22 players.
The cuts started coming in Friday night, and concluded Saturday afternoon.
