Redskins vs Dolphins Inactive List Week 1

The Redskins declared the following players as inactive for Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins:

• No. 19 WR Rashad Ross

• No. 61 G Spencer Long
• No. 68 T Tom Compton
• No. 74 G Arie Kouandjio
• No. 85 TE Anthony McCoy

The Dolphins declared the following players as inactive:

• No. 29 CB Will Davis
• No. 36 CB Tony Lippett
• No. 38 RB Jonas Gray
• No. 58 LB Chris McCain
• No. 74 T Jason Fox
• No. 83 WR Matt Hazel
• No. 96 DT A.J. Francis

In other news: On Saturday, the Redskins signed No. 96 linebacker Houston Bates (6-3, 250) to their active roster from the team’s practice squad. The team released No. 73 defensive end Frank Kearse.
