The Washington Redskins made one roster move Tuesday as the team opted to release receiver Dres Anderson from the team’s practice squad.

Redskins release Dres Anderson

Anderson was originally signed by the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent after the 2015 draft left him without a team following knee surgery in college. After getting cut, Anderson would go on to join the 49ers practice squad until October 18, 2016, when the Niners released him. After stints with Chicago in 2016 and Houston in the offseason, Anderson was signed to the Redskins practice squad on September 4, just two days after Houston released him.
