Pierre Garcon Says Richard Sherman is “not Anything Special”
When the Washington Redskins and Seattle Seahawks squared off in Week 5, Seattle came away victorious. Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman left that game with a little less hair, after having Redskins wideout Pierre Garcon pull his dreadlocks pretty hard. Sherman was visibly and obviously vocally angry. In class-less Richard Sherman style, he pointed out after the game, that in his opinion, Garcon “doesn’t matter in this league.” Garcon decided to first respond by simply tweeting a photo in response that night(below).FYI http://t.co/NURBIwUZHn pic.twitter.com/pr2FAdkf8B

This week Garcon revisited the topic, telling Yahoo! Sports Radio that Sherman is “not anything special.”
“He’s just another player that, you know, plays defense in this league,” Garcon said. “He’s not anything special at all.”
If anyone has paid attention to Richard Sherman and his twitter antics/mouth in the past then you know this is far from over.
To be fair, Garcon was held to two catches for 23 yards in the week 5 match-up. DeSean Jackson, on the other hand, had 5 catches for 157 yards and a touchdown.
